Tak Punya KTP Jakarta, Momo 'Geisha' Didenda

JAKARTA - Razia pendatang baru bukan cuma dilakukan kepada masyarakat umum. Artis joke kena jaring. Vokali Geisha, Momo, didenda karena tak punya KTP Jakarta dan tak melaporkan kedatangannya.

Awalnya, Momo terjaring razia Operasi Yustisi Kependudukan (OYK) di apartemennya, Apartemen Sudirman Park lantai 26, Jalan KH Mas Mansyur, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis, 30 Sep 2010.

Dalam razia itu, Momo ketahuan tidak mempunyai KTP Jakarta. Dia cuma mempunyai KIP (Kartu Identitas Pendatang). Tapi itupun belum diperpanjang selama dua bulan.

Seharusnya, hari ini Momo menghadiri sidang yang digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, tapi dia absen. Akibat terjaring OYK, Momo dikenai denda.

"Denda sidangnya Rp48 ribu, itu biaya administrasi. Biaya perkara Rp2.000. Jadi totalnya Rp50 ribu dan selanjutnya kita serahkan kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat jika tidak hadir," terang Kartawi selaku Kasi Penertiban dan Kerjasama Sudin Dupcapil Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (1/10/2010).

Penyanyi dengan nama asli Narova Morina Sinaga itu melanggar Perda 4 tahun 2004, yakni pendatang baru belum melapor ke lurah setempat. Artis kelahiran Pekanbaru, 7 Juni 1986 ini juga dijerat pasal 11 ayat 1 UU Kependudukan yang isinya, setiap tamu wajib melapor kepada lurah setempat, selambat-lambatnya 14 hari kerja sejak tanggal kedatangan.

Bersama Momo ikut terjaring 238 orang lainnya, tapi yang diproses hanya 186 orang 186 orang pendatang baru karena tidak memiliki KIP (Kartu Ijin Pendatang). Dan yang tidak hadir di sidang bukan cuma Momo, tapi 50 persen lainnya juga tidak datang.

"Yang tidak hadir langsung diputuskan verstek," kata Kartawi.(ang)
